NOTICE is hereby given to the electors of Ward number 2 that a poll has been granted for the election now pending for the said Ward and that such a poll will be opened on the 15th day of September, 2014 at the hour of seven in the morning and kept open till the hour of five in the afternoon, in the undermentioned polling stations established in the said Ward: -

and that the Candidates in the above Ward are as follows: -

The number of votes given to the several candidates will be counted at the respective polling stations in the Ward, commencing immediately after the close of the poll on the 15th day of September, 2014 and the preliminary results of the Ward will be announced at the Portsmouth Town Council Office by the Returning Officer.
The final count will be take place at the Portsmouth Police Station commencing at 9:00 a.m. on the 16th day of September, 2014. All persons are herby required to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.
