The general public, particularly the residents of Delices/Carib/La Roche/Victoria are informed that on Monday, February 5, 2024, the under-mentioned candidates were elected to the Delices/Carib/La Roche/Victoria Village Council:

| 2. Marvelyn Albert | 69 votes |
| 3. Justin John | 64 votes |
| 4. Joan Hilaire Guiste | 60 votes |
| 5. Abner Etienne | 55 votes |
The other candidates received votes as follows: -
| 1. Johnson William | 38 votes |
125 or 16.56% of the electorate voted.
81 or 64.80% were male.
44 or 35.20% were female.
